Finally finished the vid that I have been wanting to make for 2 years now. RealLife really got in the way. I would like to dedicate the vid to annemiek81. I wanted to make a vid with Danneel for her birthday 2 years ago.... sorry Annemiek, it took a tad long... *g*

It's a vid with Jensen and Danneel characters, to the music of Christian Kane - Different Kind of Knight.

I'm afraid I'm going to lose another vid on YouTube within shortly. Obsession has been marked. :-(

I still need to update links to BamVidVault. I have Imeem links left in places. Imeem stopped hosting.
I should redirect to my MySpace where I have a player, but I read somewhere that MySpace is going to be only for artists, so I'm probably going to lose that site too.

Ah well, there is always my own website Chevy's Creations of course... last resort?

New hosting site for my vids

Earlier, I posted about Imeem taking down vids here.
Thanks to _hopefulness_ I found a new hosting site, Bam Vid Vault and I've been uploading vids, tweaking and adjusting links, websites and LJ for the most part of the day.

I adjusted my master list post in my journal. I still have to adjust all the links in it though. I put a player on MySpace too. It looks pretty now and even if you don't have a MySpace account, you can still watch the vids there, because it's in a public module.

To watch and comment on the vids on Bam Vid Vault, you have to be a member though. That's a downside, but the quality is very good and since I can show them in the MySpace player and embed them on my website, there are enough possiblities for you to watch them.

Reminds me to also exchange all the Imeem vids on my website for those of BVV. Lots of work, but I'm enjoying it.

So go check out the vids if you haven't yet or if you would like to watch them again.

I know that some of you on my flist have embedded the vid in an appreciation post or just their journal, so you might want to update the link or the vid.

Imeem removing vids

Hi all,

I got a message saying that Imeem will no longer host the fanvids I have on there. Since YouTube has deleted and removed sound from most of my vids and I can't upload onto MySpace, because there most vids are rejected too, I'm looking into another host.

I have found a site where I can store the vids and embed them in my Vids section on my website, but since hardly anyone is visiting that site, I'm also looking into Veoh. I'm trying to upload now. If I succeed, I will adjust the masterpost in my journal and you can all watch the vids again (hopefully)

So, keep your fingers crossed. I sure takes the fun out of fanvidding I must say :-(

ETA: so, also not working. Dammit! I don't know where you can host vids these days without getting messages of copyright infringement. They are fanvids for christ's sake!!

Danneel E-cards - new service

I just set up a Danneel E-cards service at a site, when they closed it down, so I created a new service on a new site.

If you want to send a friend a unique Danneel E-card, please visit my website and try the service.

You can find the Danneel E-cards service here. Click on "send an e-card" and just follow the instructions on the E-cards site.

(PS, when I tried to post this entry in danneelfans , my internet connection crashed and when I tried to submit it again, the maximum amount of posts had been reached. So... you can only post once and only again after the moderators have released it. Hence no post in Danneelfans. I'm not sure I want to try again tomorrow or whenever they have looked at it, so I'll leave it at this post then)

New e-card service

Today, I put a new e-card service on my website. I'm still testing, sent some of you a card :)
I hope the service will stay up. Rule is that it has to be used at least once a month. So I will try and keep an eye on it. I really like the looks of it, it's fancy.

I will keep the old one up for now, just in case this new one does not work properly, but so far it seems ok.

Short LA Con message

Hi all,

Still in LA with my friend Heather. I'm loving it.

Just a quick message here, because horrible news came to me about Danneel. I've not read all the wank and stuff, but what I heard was shocking to me and it hurts. Here is MY story:

Danneel was there in the autograph room behind Jensen and I asked the security guard if I could ask her something. He asked her and she was like: sure you can. So I asked her for an autograph for annemiek81 , because she was not there at the con and Danneel was so sweet. I said that I only had a plain piece of paper, but that was ok. She wrote a personal line to Annemiek and she signed it. She was really sweet to me and on a shallow note, she's gorgeous!

Anyways, I'm trying not to pay too much attention to this whole thing, but it's hard. I hate it when people are so jealous that they are telling the whole world that she is a bad person. I usually don't say much about things that cause wank in this fandom, but this gets to me. She is really really sweet. At least that is my first encounter with her in person and that is the wonderful memory that will always stick with me.

They removed the sound of Supernatural Kisses too. I hate YouTube. Whenever I put something on there, they either take it off or remove the sound. I'm angry. I'm not making any money out of this and this is pure entertainment and creation. I own the song. I own the dvds. Don't they have anything better to do.

New Chevy vid - Supernatural kisses

Finally!! I made a new vid. Supernatural Kisses. Title says it all, the boys kissing.

I'm so happy with my laptop. Vidding is so much easier and faster now. I really enjoyed making this vid ... obviously when I'm making one of the boys kissing.. *g*... but I mean technically. It's nice that I can make the vids more smoothly and that the sound or images don't stop with every effect that I put in.

I tried Imeem again. I said in my previous post/comments that I had tried it before, but that it didn't work for me. I see Imeem has changed since the last time I used it (like 2 years ago...) Anyways, I signed up and uploaded 2 vids. I'm going to wait now and see if they stay on. If so, I will upload my other vids there too. I hope Imeem has a lot of viewers too, because, as I said earlier too, I like the feedback people are giving on YouTube and the amount of people it reaches. I just hope that fans will be able to find their way to my vids on Imeem too.

Now I'm going to bed and rest a bit. The training is not easy and since I'm not only participant, but people still see me as the Assistant, they are asking me all kinds of things anyways, even though I'm not there in my role as Assistant... and I had to arrange lunch too and stuff... so yeah, I'm tired and tomorrow we are starting at 8, so I will have to leave early from home to be there in time.

I hope I will be able to watch SN before I'm off to work too by the way. I managed to do that this season and I hope I can do so again tomorrow morning. And then it's the weekend! Wooohooo!

So I enthusiastically signed up at Daily Motion and spend several hours uploading all my vids yesterday evening. Only a couple of hours later, the first vid was taken down and today, all vids are gone. So much for Daily Motion, I'm going to delete my account there then.

*sigh*

People just won't let me share my vids with you, will they? What harm am I doing anyways? I own the songs, I paid for them and I own the SN DVDs. All I'm doing is sort of promoting the series and enjoy making vids. Apparently this is evil. And yes, I know about copy rights yadayadayada, but it's not like I'm making money of it. Jeez!

Off to work. Got 2 days training.
